The Digital Platform
Our upcoming “Shield Your Self” platform is a ground-breaking digital ecosystem designed to provide accessible, personalised support for individuals with BDD.
It will integrate psychoeducation, moderated peer support forums, self-help tools based on CBT and ERP principles, and a directory of vetted BDD subject matter experts.
This innovation aims to overcome geographical barriers to care, reduce feelings of isolation, and empower users with tools for early intervention and ongoing recovery management.
We are actively seeking funding partners to bring this vision to full fruition.
We are establishing a Global BDD Educator Network, a train-the-trainer program designed to equip mental health professionals, educators, and community leaders worldwide with the skills to deliver culturally sensitive BDD awareness and early intervention workshops.
This initiative will create a ripple effect, expanding the reach of accurate BDD information and support into diverse communities and reducing the significant diagnostic delays often experienced by individuals with BDD.
